10 months old and already scratching his bottom. Such a boy.
These are Jack's Top 5 picks for snacks.
In the number 5 spot, we have Yo Baby Yogurt. Introduced to us by Aunt Liz, this is a healthy snack and Jack loves his once a day. It's organic, healthy, and fills him up.
Number 4, we have Crisps. These can be bought at Costco. They are freeze dried bananas, strawberries, and apples. They are non-messy, healthy, and are easy for tots with only a few teeth to chomp on as they dissolve quickly in the mouth.

For our 3rd favorite, we have Graduates Banana Cookies. Not too healthy, but Jack just melts for them. No mess, tasty, and easy to chomp on. Thanks Aunt Jessica & Muffin for introducing us to these!
Number 2 is graham crackers! Oh how Jack Jack loves his grahams! He could eat them all day every day, and he does.
And our favorite snack of all time is....... O's! There are O's all over the house! The couch, floor, toys, I even found some in his pocket today! He also enjoys storing them in his diaper, although he never retrieves them once they've been hidden.
So, that does it for Jackpot's Top 5 snack choices.

I look forward to reading your blogs everyday. Jack just keeps getting cuter and cuter. Hope you are enjoying your new home! -Lyndsay (3202)
ReplyDeleteI am still finding Cheerios in stuff around here!! Love it! And yes Yo Baby is the S&$^.
ReplyDeleteCan't find your guest book.....
ReplyDeleteMuff would like to suggest snaps as a snack choice. No mess and they encourage good behaviors like sitting.
ReplyDeleteum, i'm not sure honey nut cherrios are a good idea. you aren't supposed to give them honey or peanuts before they are one year old, plus all that sugar is baaaaaaadddddd for his teef. william digs regular cheerios, maybe you should see if jack likes that.
ReplyDeleteIn response to the comment re: Honey Nut Cheerios... the worry about Honey before they're 1 is with RAW honey. It's a guarantee that the honey found in honey nut cheerios and the graham crackers has been boiled and cooked all to heck. No botulism worry there. However, I do tend to agree with the sugar statement. No worries though! It's certainly better than, say... Lucky Charms! :)
ReplyDeleteAnother yummy snack for tots without a lot of teeth (have a bib handy) is fruit leather. It's just fruit, smashed and dehydrated into strips. They gnaw the crap out of it and make it a huge sticky mess... but soooo yummy.
