Jack's Top 10: Funniest Things Ever

So, here are the top 10 things that make Jack laugh hysterically every time.

10. The Elmo's World segment on Sesame Street
9. Kelly Rippa (She also taught Jack how to clap at just 3 months! I think she's his first love)
8. The Moobie Monster! (That's me. I snork him and say, "Moobie Monster!" in a funny voice)
7. Poking Kevin
6. Poking people's belly buttons
5. Aunt Jessica
4. Mommy's makeup brush (he puts it near his face to bite it and when it gets near his face he can't stop laughing)
3. Running away during a diaper change
2. Muffin, the family dog (we also refer to her as Jack's big sister)

Today we are doing much much better. Still a lot of boogars and a cough, but not as bad and Jack's eating again.

Day 4 - We Are a Mess!

So, Jack seems to be doing a lot better. He still has a slight runny nose and a little cough, but for the most part he's feeling good. Me, on the other hand, had to call into work Monday and Tuesday, leave work early on Sunday, and today is my "day off", so at least I have one more day of trying to get better before I go back to work. My head hurts, body aches, and my tummy keeps rumbling.

While dying on the couch these past few days, I've been online reading other people's blogs. Do you know how grateful I am to not be in middle school? I found some blogs about these girls talking about middle school and how they are all fighting with each other and fighting via blog. A. I am so glad I had a boy. B. Do they know the world can read their business? C. Did I mention I am so glad I had a boy? Yeah, drama!

Since today I am feeling a little better, I am working on laundry and dishes. I keep going back and forth between hot and cold flashes. One second my body is on fire, the next I'm freezing. Poor Jack must be bored out of his mind with me. I owe that tot big time.

Still Under the Weather

Babycakes and I are still really sick, so we're going to just rest today. Hopefully we'll have more to say tomorrow...

Sick

Jack and I are both very sick. We have runny noises, tummy aches, body aches, and everything in between. Hopefully we will have a happier update for tomorrow.
