We are a Mac Family

Jack has this thing with Macs. He really loves them. I think since Kevin is always tinkering with technology and stuff, Jack has picked it up from him. Why, just this morning we caught Jack on the usps.com website. That little tyke!

Origami

You try looking at that face and telling him "no".

Kevin and Jessica always tell me that I spoil Jack. I can't help it, I look into his big brown eyes and I fold like origami for him. He's so sweet and when he makes that little whimper noise, how can I not give him exactly what he wants?

This morning I am playing on the computer and he crawls up to me, pulls himself up, and puts his arms out. He then makes a little whimper and his eyes get real big and watery. "He wants me to love him and cuddle him!" I think to myself. WRONG! The moment I bring him up, the teary eyes go dry, he smiles, then he turns around and starts pounding on the keyboard. My own baby knows how to play me!

So, even though he is spoiled (which I need to stop or he'll end up one of those annoying bratty kids in the store you just want to smack yourself), it's well deserved. You try looking at that baby without giving him anything he wants. Trust me, it's pretty hard to deny him.

iMac, iPhone, MacBook Pro...

Ok, so Kevin has this thing about Apple... he's like, totally all about it. We have the iMac, MacBookPro (which I can't touch!), and he has the iPhone. Jack USED to love playing with my laptop and cell phone, which is just a Dell and a Samsung, but now that he has had a taste of the forbidden fruit, all that tot can think about are Macs. Here's Kevin teaching him how to play "Tap Tap" which is like Guitar Hero but for the iPhone. They were so into it they didn't even notice I was home and taking pictures of them! BOYS!
